The installation was for the watch brand, CITIZEN in Triennial di Milano in 2014. The project had been developed by Tsuyoshi Tane from DGT Architects. The masterpiece uses 80,000 main plates to create the glittering effect as if it had been rained gold glitter and the moment were stopped in time.

As the inspiration behind the artwork;

“Light was born at the instant of the Big Bang, the universe’s beginning. From beyond the horizon, the rising sun slowly covers the Earth in light, shadows transform into different shapes, the seasons transit colors in nature and the waxing and waning of the moon changes. When humanity noticed these things, we unknowingly created the concept of time.”  Read more on Ignant.
